About Me

MS, BSc, MBACP

I am a Psychotherapist based in Warwickshire, England, where I run a private practice supporting teens, adults, and families. With over 14 years of experience, my work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep respect for each client’s unique journey.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling with a focus on Trauma and Addictions from Southern Methodist University in Texas, and a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy from the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute in Nottingham.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

My experience includes roles as a primary therapist in a residential rehabilitation facility in the U.S., director of a group practice, school counsellor, university counselling consultant, and specialist supporting survivors of sexual abuse. I have also worked extensively with marginalized communities, offering inclusive care to clients from diverse backgrounds. Social justice is central to my work, and I remain committed to amplifying voices that often go unheard.

Before establishing my practice, I worked in inpatient, outpatient, and hospital-based programs with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges—such as anxiety, depression, psychosis, substance use, and personality disorders.

Whether working with teens, adults, or families, I strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strength. I believe that even life’s most difficult moments can be a catalyst for growth, healing, and lasting change. My approach is integrative, collaborative, and client-centered—I think that each person’s story is unique, and your therapy should reflect that. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a space to explore your thoughts and emotions, I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, respect, and evidence-based strategies that support meaningful change. I’m passionate about empowering people to reconnect with their strengths, find balance, and build lives that feel more authentic and fulfilling.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to music, practicing mindfulness and meditation, and adding to my ever-growing sneaker collection.

"When we have the courage to ask for help, we have the ability to access our authentic selves and live the life we want."
